When will my order ship?
Every piece is made to order. Production takes 2–5 business days, then it ships with tracking. Delivery estimates for your address are shown at checkout.
Where do you ship?
We ship to the countries listed at checkout. Shipping cost is calculated live based on your address and the method you choose.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships you can see the carrier and tracking number on our Track Order page using your order number and email.
What is your return policy?
Unworn, unwashed items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Misprints or damaged items are replaced free of charge. See Shipping & Returns for details.
How do your pieces fit?
Our tees are a unisex medium fit and the hoodies a classic fit; the cotton hoodie runs small, so size up. Every product page has its own size chart, and all measurements are in our size guide.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We take PayPal, plus debit and credit cards through PayPal's secure checkout. You don't need a PayPal account to pay by card in most countries.
Will you restock sold-out items?
Sometimes, but never promised. Join the newsletter to hear first.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders go into production quickly. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and we'll do our best before it's made.
Do you charge customs or import duties?
Orders shipping internationally may be subject to local duties and taxes, which are the buyer's responsibility unless stated at checkout.
