This policy explains how Wicked ("we", "us") collects and uses personal information when you visit wearwicked.com or buy from us.

What we collect

Order details: name, email, phone (optional), shipping address and the items you buy.
Payment: processed by PayPal. We never see or store your full card number.
Messages: anything you send through our contact form or by email.
Newsletter: your email, if you sign up.
Device data: basic technical data (browser, pages viewed) and local storage used to keep your bag between visits.

To make, ship and support your order, including sharing your shipping details with our production and fulfillment partner (Printful) and carriers.
To process payments and prevent fraud (PayPal).
To reply to your messages and send order updates.
To send marketing emails if you opt in. Unsubscribe any time.

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the store, and when required by law.

We keep order records as long as needed for accounting, tax and legal purposes, then delete them.

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or object to its use, by emailing hello@wearwicked.com.

We use local storage to remember your bag. PayPal may set its own cookies during checkout. We don't use advertising cookies by default.
