Shipping & returns

Production

Every Wicked piece is made to order. Production usually takes 2–5 business days (longer during drops and holidays). You'll get an email with tracking as soon as it ships, and you can check progress any time on Track your order.

Shipping rates

Shipping is calculated live at checkout from your address and the method you choose (standard or express where available). Orders over $150 get free standard shipping.

• Standard: typically 3–8 business days after production.
• Express: typically 1–4 business days after production (selected countries).
• International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by the destination country.

Returns & exchanges

You can return unworn, unwashed items with original tags within 30 days of delivery. Because items are made to order, please check the size guide before ordering.

1. Email hello@wearwicked.com with your order number and what you'd like to return or exchange.
2. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address for your region.
3. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of the return being received.

Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective or wrong.

Damaged, misprinted or wrong item?

Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or refund at no cost to you, with no need to return the item.

Lost packages

If tracking hasn't updated for 10+ business days, or shows delivered but you don't have it, contact us and we'll work with the carrier to sort it out.
